I am a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) with over two decades of experience working with YPO Forums, executive teams, and leaders worldwide. My background combines organizational psychology, relationship and family therapy, and consciousness work — giving me a unique ability to guide leaders beyond performance into the deeper layers of themselves, where true transformation becomes possible. Through retreats, supercharges, and Forum journeys, I create spaces where leaders confront shadow, explore hidden patterns, and rediscover courage and aliveness. In these spaces, they not only become more conscious leaders, but more fully human.
What sets me apart is weaving psychology of change, shadow work, family dynamics, and even psychedelic integration into the Forum journey. This allows members to explore many dimensions of their lives — from leadership and legacy to relationships, wellbeing, and purpose — and to bring new clarity and wisdom into their families, organizations, and the wider world.
A YPO Forum is a confidential peer group where members share openly and learn from one another’s experience. It is a sanctuary of trust, where vulnerability, honesty, and courage transform leaders from the inside out.
